Applicants to this program are expected to demonstrate creative aptitude and passion for storytelling. Candidates should ideally have prior experience in writing for a short film, scripting a short play, or producing creative work that has been appreciated, recognized, or awarded.

• Proven skills in publishing written works at any level or contributing to short film projects.
• Prior knowledge and understanding of both Indian and International Cinema.
• Strong communication and writing skills in any language, coupled with the enthusiasm to convey ideas effectively.
• Ability to quickly absorb information and respond with creativity and clarity.

  • Proof of academic credentials (photocopies) and work experience to be enclosed. Originals to be presented during the personal interview stage. Preference will be given to candidates, who have attended at least one International Film Festival in India /Abroad.
  • A statement of purpose in 200 words indicating reasons for interest in the course & career in Filmmaking & Direction to be enclosed with the application form.

Non-Refundable Fees

The Admission Fee along with GST is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Before Course Commencement

If a student withdraws after paying the full fee but before the commencement of classes, only the tuition fee component (excluding Admission Fee + GST) may be considered for partial refund, subject to management’s discretion. Any such request must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the course commencement date.

Withdrawal After Course Commencement

Once the course has commenced, no refund of fees (in part or full) will be entertained, irrespective of the reason for withdrawal.

Seat Transfer / Deferment

Requests for transferring admission to a subsequent batch may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability of seats and approval by the management.

An administrative fee may be applicable for such transfers.

Mode of Refund (if applicable)

Any approved refund will be processed through bank transfer only and may take up to 30 working days from the date of approval.
