Nine Months Course In Cinematography
Knowledge of Digital Photography is a prerequisite for admission into the Six-Month Cinematography Course.
The Three-Month Preparatory Course in Digital Photography is designed as a stepping stone to our Six-Month Cinematography Course from February 2026. It equips you with the artistic vision and technical foundation every cinematographer needs — from framing and composition to lighting, lenses, and exposure.
You will learn to tell stories through images, master digital tools, and build a strong portfolio while staying in sync with the latest imaging technologies.

The Three-Month Foundation Course in Digital Photography is designed for aspiring candidates with a passion for photography who wish to deepen their creativity and build a strong technical base. The course introduces you to the art and science of photography — from mastering composition, exposure, and equipment to exploring storytelling, heritage, landscape, and street photography.
You will learn practical techniques to capture powerful images, discover how to “work a scene,” and develop a professional portfolio that reflects your creative vision.
The philosophy behind the course is simple: to awaken the hidden creative personality in those who love photography but are challenged by technology or unsure how to transform what they see into impactful images.
On successful completion, you will be ready to advance seamlessly into the Six-Month Course in Cinematography, beginning February 2026

Course Admission Requirements
Eligibility
To apply for the course, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Essential Equipment
- Full Frame DSLR with lens: 24–70mm, 24–105mm, 28–85mm, 50mm, or 35mm
- OR Cropped Sensor Mirrorless Camera with lens: 18–55mm, 50mm, or 35mm
- Tripod
- Memory Card: 32 GB or higher
- Pen Drive: 32 GB or higher
- Laptop with sufficient configuration to run Photoshop and Lightroom effectively
- Portfolio Requirement
- On the day of joining, please bring a set of 10 recent photographs (your best work) stored on a Pen Drive for review.

Important Instructions for Applicants
- The institute will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or missing information provided by the applicant.
- Applications submitted without the registration fee will not be processed.
- Applicants must enclose photocopies of academic credentials and proof of work experience (if any). Originals must be produced at the time of the personal interview.
- A Statement of Purpose (200 words) must be submitted along with the application form, clearly outlining your interest in the course and your aspirations for a career in Filmmaking and Direction.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Non-Refundable Fees
The Admission Fee along with GST is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Withdrawal Before Course Commencement
If a student withdraws after paying the full fee but before the commencement of classes, only the tuition fee component (excluding Admission Fee + GST) may be considered for partial refund, subject to management’s discretion.
Any such request must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the course commencement date.
Withdrawal After Course Commencement
Once the course has commenced, no refund of fees (in part or full) will be entertained, irrespective of the reason for withdrawal.
Seat Transfer / Deferment
Requests for transferring admission to a subsequent batch may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability of seats and approval by the management.
An administrative fee may be applicable for such transfers.
Mode of Refund (if applicable)
Any approved refund will be processed through bank transfer only and may take up to 30 working days from the date of approval.
