Non-Refundable Fees

The Admission Fee along with GST is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Before Course Commencement

If a student withdraws after paying the full fee but before the commencement of classes, only the tuition fee component (excluding Admission Fee + GST) may be considered for partial refund, subject to management’s discretion.

Any such request must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the course commencement date.

Withdrawal After Course Commencement

Once the course has commenced, no refund of fees (in part or full) will be entertained, irrespective of the reason for withdrawal.

Seat Transfer / Deferment

Requests for transferring admission to a subsequent batch may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability of seats and approval by the management.

An administrative fee may be applicable for such transfers.

Mode of Refund (if applicable)

Any approved refund will be processed through bank transfer only and may take up to 30 working days from the date of approval.
